Refunds

All sales are final

Tickets bought on COME TOGETHER are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This is the standard, and it is the same for every event on the platform. An organizer cannot make it stricter, and does not have to write a policy of their own for it to apply.

A ticket takes a place in the room that could have been sold to somebody else. So a change of plans, a change of mind, a clash in your calendar, bad weather, or not being able to travel are not grounds for a refund.

Buy carefully, and check the date, the time, the venue and the age limit before you pay.

There are two exceptions, and they are the two where the night you bought a ticket for is not the night you are being offered.

If the event is cancelled, you get everything back

Every ticket is refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask, and there is nothing to fill in. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

You are refunded the whole price you paid. Our fee and the card processing fee come out of that price rather than being added to it, so "the whole price" is genuinely everything — the organizer bears those costs, not you.

An event cannot be cancelled once it has started, or once anybody has been scanned in at the door. By then the night has happened for the people who turned up, and cancelling it would take money back from an organizer who delivered it. An organizer who needs to close the doors early does that by changing the closing time, which is not a cancellation and does not refund anybody.

If the event is postponed, you choose

Your ticket stays valid. It carries over to the new date, at the new venue if that changed too, and it scans at the door exactly as it would have. You do not need to do anything, and nothing is reissued.

Or ask for your money back, and you get it. If the new date does not work for you, you are entitled to a full refund — not at the organizer's discretion. Reply to the email telling you about the change, or use the contact details on the event page. There is no deadline and you do not have to give a reason.

This is the one place where "all sales are final" does not apply, because you bought a ticket for a particular night and that night moved.

Other things we will put right

If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, tell us at hello@cometogether.lol and we will sort it out.

Tickets you have sent to somebody else are theirs, and so is the refund question. Once a ticket is transferred, the person holding it is the person we would refund.

Do not start a chargeback

Disputing the charge with your bank stops your ticket working immediately, and if you lose the dispute you have neither the money nor the entry. It is also slower than asking.

If one of the cases above applies to you, write to hello@cometogether.lol with your order number. If it is a cancellation you do not need to write at all — the refund is already on its way.

Where the law says otherwise

Consumer protection law in your country or state may give you rights that this policy cannot take away. Nothing here removes them. If your local law entitles you to a refund, you are entitled to it.
