Everything a night needs
Built for people who actually run rooms — a door that keeps moving, money that goes straight to you, and the numbers to tell you what worked.
At the door
It keeps moving when the signal doesn't
Check people in on any phone — no hardware to hire. The scanner holds a secure offline copy of the guest list, so a basement with no bars still admits people and reconciles when it comes back. Pause scanning at capacity, allow or refuse re-entry, name your entrances, and put Check ID: 21+ in front of staff on every scan.
Guest lists
Artists fill their own list
Put an artist on the list and they get a private link to name their own +1s from the van at 7pm — no account, no password, and nobody texting you names at midnight. You decide what access each one gets, and every name becomes a real ticket that scans like any other.
One fair price
The fee is inside the ticket price
5% + 30¢ a ticket, and nothing added at checkout to make your buyers feel stung. Sales land in your own Stripe account on Stripe's schedule — we never hold your money, so we can't sit on a payout.
What it costs →And the rest of it
Your event page, your way
Tiers that unlock when the one before them sells out, sale windows, hidden tiers for a link-only release, add-ons like drink vouchers, and a venue you can keep secret until the day.
Know what worked
A report written to be read the morning after: how it sold over time with your announcements marked on the curve, when the room actually filled, which tiers ran out and when, and where your buyers came from.
A team with the right keys
Box office staff who can work the door and nothing else. A manager on Friday's event who can't touch Saturday's. Promoters with their own links and their own numbers.
When plans change
Tickets pass to a friend without anyone forwarding a PDF. Postpone or cancel and everyone holding a ticket is told, with refunds handled properly rather than by hand.
Your crowd stays yours
Email your ticket holders about the next one. Permission is asked for properly and recorded, unsubscribes are honoured everywhere, and agreeing to hear from you is never agreeing to hear from anybody else.
Checkout that doesn't lose people
One page, no account required to buy, Apple Pay and Google Pay for anyone whose phone offers it, and tickets in their inbox before they've put it away.
And what we don't do
We don't hold your money. Sales go to your Stripe account, not ours. There is no float for us to sit on and no payout for us to delay.
We don't add a fee at checkout. The price you set is the price your buyer pays. Card processing is named openly on our pricing page rather than discovered at the last step.
We don't market to your buyers. They bought a ticket to your night, not a relationship with us. Their permission is yours, and it doesn't transfer to anybody else.
Every claim on this page is documented in the Organizer Handbook, free to read with an account. If something here doesn't match what you see on screen, the screen is right and we want to know.
