COME TOGETHER

Quoted a better rate somewhere else?

We do custom pricing, and we would rather have your night than win an argument about 30 cents. Tell us what you were offered: hello@cometogether.lol.

Platform Buyer pays Fees You receive
COME TOGETHER 5% + 30¢, plus card processing

Per ticket, at the price above.

What this assumes. One ticket per order. Real orders are often larger, and every platform's fixed per-order costs are then shared across more tickets — so everyone's figures improve a little, ours included.

Card processing is estimated at standard US card rates. The card your buyer uses, and how they pay, can change it.

Competitor rates are their published US self-serve rates on the dates shown below. Negotiated deals differ, and a platform that does not publish a generally applicable rate is marked as such rather than estimated.

  • Eventbrite — Standard US rate: 3.7% + $1.79 a ticket, plus 2.9% processing on the order (United States) · Eventbrite help centre · checked 22 Sep 2026 Fees are added to the buyer's price by default. The service fee is per ticket and processing is per order, so a larger order costs a little less per ticket. Their page carries no date of its own.
  • DICE — Published US self sign-up terms: 13% of face value, processing included (United States) · DICE self sign-up terms (updated 28 April 2026) · checked 22 Sep 2026 Self sign-up only; a negotiated deal is not this rate. Fans are never shown the fee broken out. Charity events are 3%, free tickets nothing, and box office sales are charged differently.
  • Posh — Their single published rate: 10% + $0.99 a ticket, processing bundled in (United States) · Posh University (June 2026) · checked 22 Sep 2026 Posh publishes no pricing page; this is the rate stated in their own articles. Their terms name no rates. Table bookings, Paylinks and instant payouts are charged separately.
  • Resident Advisor (Electronic music events; RA operates in 50+ countries) · RA support (updated 13 August 2025) · checked 22 Sep 2026 RA publishes no rate anywhere, for any country: their fee is per ticket, paid by the buyer, varies with the ticket price by an unpublished rule, and is agreed after staff approve your promoter page. Enter what you were offered.
  • Shotgun (United States) · Shotgun help centre · checked 22 Sep 2026 Shotgun describes its fees as variable and publishes no general rate, so we will not estimate one. Their fees are added to your price, as here - enter the rate you were quoted and this compares it properly.

Estimates, not quotes. Check any platform's current terms before deciding.

What a ticket actually costs

Two fees come out of a sale: ours, and the card processing Stripe charges for taking the payment. Stripe's is not ours to set and not ours to keep — we show it because a fee you find out about later is the thing that makes people distrust ticketing.

A $25.00 ticket $25.00
Our fee 5% + 30¢ −$1.55
Card processing Stripe, about 2.9% + 30¢ −$1.03
You receive $22.42

Card processing is an estimate until the payment settles, and its fixed part is charged once per order — so a buyer taking four tickets at once leaves you a little more per ticket than this.

Things worth knowing

Your rate is locked to your event. The fee in force when you create an event stays with it for life. If our pricing changes, the event you already priced keeps the rate you built it on.

Add-ons pay the percentage only. There's no fixed amount on a drink voucher or a coat check, so cheap extras stay cheap.

Refunds return what the buyer paid. Card processing isn't returned to us by Stripe when you refund, so a fully refunded order still costs its processing — the same as everywhere that takes cards.

You are paid directly. Sales go to your own Stripe account on Stripe's schedule. We never hold your money and can't sit on a payout.
